"When I first contacted Lauren, I was very scared (to put it lightly) about my situation and had no idea how to handle it. I called her nearly in tears, and from our very first conversation, Lauren helped me feel at ease, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never gave me any reason to doubt her. I was what some might call a very needy client, but Lauren took all my calls, or returned them in a timely manner, and met with me in her office whenever I requested, yet she never made me feel as though I was a burden (as often times I asked the same things over and over, and sometimes I just needed to vent about my anxiety surrounding the case). "I was pulled over for going 80 on the turnpike, which I was probably doing close to that. The cop made sure to write that the speed limit is 55 (it wasn’t) to make it a 25 mph over the limit, or the maximum speeding ticket you can get. Insurance etc., would have skyrocketed so I retained Lauren. She showed up on time and talked me through the process, much of which I already knew. Anyhow, she got the judge to listen to my reasoning, which resulted in him bringing the ticket down to a zero-point ticket. Major win. :)"
